Professor, Graduate School of International Studies, Chung-Ang University

Sungil Cho is a Professor at the Graduate School of International Studies, Chung-Ang University.
He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Syracuse University and as a Research Fellow at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI). He also served as Chair of the Fund Management Committee of the Community Chest of Korea, Chair of the Risk Management Committee of the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), and Member of the Fiduciary Responsibility Expert Committee of the National Pension Fund (NPF).

He received his B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and his M.A. in International Economics and Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Jeongjae Park is an Associate Professor in the School of Economics at Yonsei University. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the National University of Singapore. He holds a B.A. from Seoul National University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

SeungHoon Lee is a member of the Board of Trustees of KyungHee University Foundation and an independent outside director of the board of KT corporation.?He has worked for a local private equity house as part of the executive team for over five years. Before this, he worked for 11years at global securities firms such as Morgan Stanley, UBS, and JP Morgan as a top-ranked analyst/strategist and Head of Equity Research for Korea, and nine years at SK Group, the third largest conglomerate group in Korea, as a corporate executive in charge of developing inorganic growth opportunities and executing M&A activities-executive vice president and vice president, respectively. Accordingly, he brings a unique and rare combination of hands-on experience from the best financial and industrial worlds.?He studied literature at Seoul National University and holds an M.A. in economics from the University of Michigan, where he completed the Ph.D. course requirements, and an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Head of AIF APAC

Sam Young Chung is Head of AIF APAC at AIF Global, Professor of Business Innovation at Taejae University, and President of the Korea Alternative Investment Research Institute. He has served as a member of the Special Committee on Investment Policy at NPS and the Insurance Division Investment Committee at Korea-Post. Academically, Dr. Chung had also served as a Finance Professor at Long Island University and Yonsei University.

He received his B.A. and MBA in Business Administration from Illinois State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Finance from Boston College and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Professor, Inha University

Jaejoon Han is a Professor of Business Administration at Inha University. He previously worked at the Bank of Korea and the Korea Institute of Finance before entering academia.
He has been with Inha University since 2008, where he progressed from Assistant Professor to full Professor.
He received his B.A. and M.A. in International Economics from Seoul National University and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
