KIC provides hands-on training opportunities in global asset management to nurture outstanding talent and develop future financial professionals.
KIC Youth Internship Program
To foster future talent and develop financial professionals, KIC offers the opportunity to experience various global asset management fields.
Eligibility
Korean citizens between 15 and 34 years of age may apply, in accordance with the
「Special Act on Promotion of Youth Employment.」
※ The maximum age limit varies as follows for those with military experience : Korean military service period
① Less than 1 year : 35 years old, ② 1-2 years : 36 years old, ③ More than 2 years : 37 years old
Internship Period
3 months(Internship extensions or conversion of employment status to full-time not possible)
Recruitment Process
· General : Recruitment Announcement → Application Submission → Application Screening → Employment Test(NCS Test) → Interview Screening (Final)
· Applicants with disabilities : Recruitment Announcement → Application Submission → Application Screening → Interview Screening (Final)
