KIC has adopted and implemented the Human Rights Management Declaration, which states, "By contributing to the efficient increase of the national wealth and the growth of the domestic financial industry, we fulfill our responsibilities and obligations for the development of the national economy, actively practice human rights management that values human dignity and values in all management activities, and strive for social value and sustainable development."
